Bells Island Campground is a family-oriented campground on Currituck Sound in Currituck, NC, operating since 1963. It offers shaded RV sites with 30/50 amp electric, full hookups, water & electric sites, and tent sites. Amenities include a boat ramp, fishing pier, sound swimming, tennis court, volleyball area, showers, restrooms, and is open year-round. Reservations encouraged in summer. Nightly rates $40-$45. Additional Info: Located centrally between Outer Banks, NC and Virginia Beach, VA. Big rig friendly with back-ins and pull-throughs. 70 sites total.
