Dispersed camping along Beaver Reservoir Road in Arapaho National Forest, just north of Ward, Colorado. Accessible by well-graded dirt road off Highway 7 (County Road 96). Free boondocking available for about 1 mile along the national forest boundary. Primitive sites suitable for tents and RVs up to at least 30 ft. No amenities including water, dump, or cell service. Stay limited to 14 days in 30, no more than 30 days per year in Arapaho-Roosevelt NF. Fires allowed at some rock-ring fire pits. Pets welcome.
