Nearby Attractions Howard Prairie Lake is 10 miles from Beaver Dam Group Campround. The reservoir has boating, fishing and swimming opportunities. Amneties offered at Howard Prairie Resort include a store, restaurant and boat ramp. Additional Info: This rustic campground has 4 individual campsites, each with a picnic table and fire pit, accommodating tents and one small trailer/RV up to 28 feet maximum. Vault toilets are available. No water or garbage service provided. Open generally early June to early November.
