Beas Lewis Flat is a free, first-come-first-served BLM dispersed camping area located approximately 8 miles west of Capitol Reef National Park near Torrey, Utah. The area features spacious, spaced-out campsites with established fire rings and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. No amenities are available, including no drinking water, toilets, or trash service. Pets are allowed. The site is suitable for both tent and RV camping, including larger rigs. Wind can be significant, particularly for tent campers. The area is popular for boondocking and provides convenient access to Capitol Reef National Park for hiking and sightseeing.
