Bear Creek Campground is a primitive campground in the Custer Gallatin National Forest with 4 campsites. No fees required. Open 24 hours/day starting June 1. No trash pickup or firewood available. Currently no vehicle access due to flood-related damage; accessible only by walking a short distance. Campground road not suitable for long or towed vehicles; no turnaround for long vehicles. Located 5 mi northeast of Gardiner on Jardine Rd, then 5.5 mi on Bear Creek Rd (Forest Rd 493).
