BEAR CREEK DISPERSED CAMPING AREA (Camping Area) Additional Info: Bear Creek Campground is a walk-in camping area located in the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests in Georgia. Campers park in a lot and carry gear 150-250 feet to reach campsites. The area features forested terrain with a mix of hardwoods and pines. Primitive camping is offered with vault toilets available. No drinking water is provided. No pop-ups or RVs are accommodated. Nearby attractions include the Appalachian Trail and Amicalola Falls State Park.
