Beachside State Recreation Site is a small beachfront campground a few miles south of Waldport, Oregon, offering direct access to miles of sandy beach ideal for kite flying, whale watching, storms, and sunsets. Additional Info: Open seasonally March 15 - Oct. 31, weather permitting. Features 32 electrical sites with water, 42 tent sites with water nearby, two yurts (one pet-friendly), hiker/biker camp, flush toilets, hot showers, firewood for sale. Reservations required via oregonstateparks.reserveamerica.com. No sewer hookups on sites; dump stations nearby. Two accessible campsites and yurts.
