BARD SPRINGS (Campground) Additional Info: Bard Springs Recreation Area is a small, primitive campground in the Ouachita National Forest along a scenic stream, featuring Adirondack-type shelters. It serves as a base for hikers accessing Caney Creek Wilderness and includes a small dam creating a swimming pool. Currently closed due to storm damage; day use area open for walk-in access with vault toilets.
