The campground has 28 sites, including a Wall Tent, a hike-in/bike-in campsite, with 4 tent pads, and a group picnic site. Additional Info: Located along Grasshopper Creek in Bannack State Park, a National Historic Landmark and site of Montana's first major gold discovery. The park features two campgrounds (Vigilante and Road Agent) with a total of 24-28 sites, open year-round. Amenities include drinking water (seasonal), vault toilets, fire rings at sites, and a dump station. Visitor center open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Elevation 5,837 feet.
