Balneario Sun Bay is the only designated public campground on Vieques Island, managed by the Puerto Rico Department of Natural Resources. It offers tent camping steps from a beautiful crescent-shaped beach with calm swimming areas. The campground features bathrooms, showers, changing rooms, BBQ grills, and picnic areas. A snack bar serves food and drinks. Wild horses are often seen nearby.
