Baker Creek State Park features 34 campsites situated along the shores of Strom Thurmond Lake in McCormick, South Carolina. The campground includes 32 campsites with electric and water hookups (accommodating RVs up to 40 feet) and 2 tent sites without hookups. Each campsite has a table, fire ring, and grill. Amenities include restrooms with flush toilets and hot showers, drinking water, camp store, trash collection, and a dump station. The park offers 10 miles of hiking and biking trails, 2 boat ramps, fishing, and lake access. Seasonal operation: March 1 through September 30.
