This is an Appalachian Trail Shelter Additional Info: Capacity: 6. Built 1965. Located on USFS land. Maintained by Roanoke Appalachian Trail Club. Water available from spring 0.3 miles south of shelter (more reliable) or tiny spring 0.1 miles away (goes dry early summer).
