Atlantic City Campground is a Bureau of Land Management campground in the South Pass area near Atlantic City, Wyoming, at about 8,100 feet elevation. It offers 18 primitive campsites suitable for both tents and RVs, with fire rings, picnic tables, vault toilets, and seasonal drinking water. There are no hookups or dump station. The campground is typically open from June 1 to October 31 and is first‑come, first‑served. Additional Info: This is a fee site with a standard nightly rate of $20 per night, reduced to $10 per night with a Senior Annual Pass, Senior Lifetime Pass, or Access Pass. The site is ADA accessible and occasionally has a host on duty. It is located off Highway 28 via Atlantic City Road, about 1 mile from the highway on the west side of Atlantic City Road. The area is bear country, so proper food storage is required.
