On-site amenities include a swimming pool (May 6 - September 11), two lakes for fishing, paddleboats, playground, and activities such as volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, and cornhole. The campground is known for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and well-maintained grounds. Maximum pull-through length is 70 feet. Pets are welcome. The location provides convenient access to downtown Asheville (14 minutes away), the Biltmore House, Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and numerous hiking trails.
