American Creek Campground, near Chamberlain, South Dakota, is a fantastic spot for those looking to enjoy the great outdoors with a touch of comfort. The campground sits right alongside the Missouri River, offering spacious sites that come equipped with picnic tables and fire pits, perfect for evening gatherings. For those who love water activities, the campground features a small beach area where you can take a dip or rent kayaks and paddleboards. Our Facilities include: RV sites, Tent sites, Cabins, Camper Rentals on site, Vacation Home Rental, two shower houses, five covered picnic shelters, playground, volleyball net, horse shoes, swimming beach, fishing pier, boat ramp, pontoon boats, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and bike rentals, gift shop, ice and firewood, dump station and potable water. There is a portable dump please ask for availability and fee.
