Alderson Lake backcountry campground is located along the east shore of Alderson Lake in Waterton Lakes National Park, accessible via the Carthew-Alderson Trail (14 km from Cameron Falls, 580 m elevation gain, difficult rating). The campground features 4 standard tent pads (2.7m x 2.7m, max 3 people per pad), outhouses, food storage bins, and picnic tables. Tents must be placed on provided pads. Permits required from Parks Canada Visitor Centre. Fires not permitted. Fishing allowed with Waterton Park license.
