Albert Camp is a backcountry camping area accessed via the 8.5 mile Fourteen Mile Trail into the Pasayten Wilderness. The non-motorized trail is rated as more difficult and travels through lodgepole pine forest, passing through Deer Park before reaching Albert Camp and continuing to Horseshoe Mountain. The trail is usually snowed in until July. No potable water or restroom facilities are available at the site. The last reliable water source before Horseshoe Basin is at the Wilderness boundary.
