Airport A Backcountry Campsite is located in Canyonlands National Park, UT. The terrain consists of rock formations and desert landscapes. Additional Info: One of four designated primitive sites (A, B, C, D) in Airport Campground along the White Rim Road in the Island in the Sky district. Accessed via 4x4 high-clearance vehicle on rough 4WD road. Permit required for overnight stays. No potable water, shade, or wind shelter; pack in all supplies. Shares vault toilet with site B. Suitable for tents; rocky ground.
