Abalone Point Campground offers a rugged and picturesque camping experience along the Mendocino Coast. This primitive campground provides stunning ocean views and easy access to tide pools, fishing spots, and hiking trails. With no hookups or showers, it's ideal for campers seeking a minimalist and nature-focused getaway. The campground features 86 campsites with picnic tables and fire rings. Potable water and vault toilets are available. Cell service is very spotty onsite. There is one communal fire pit (no fires at individual sites). Please remember "pack it in pack it out" and be a good land steward. Additional Info: A quarter-mile walk to the beach from the campground. Pets are allowed. Year-round operation. First-come, first-served booking.
